As part of the American Rescue Plan, all school districts have received federal funds to address learning loss from the effects of COVID 19 and to address other district identified needs. School districts are required to revise their plan every 6 months. The Charlton County School District is in the process of revising its plan to meet this requirement.
The proposed plan for spending the ARP funds can be found on the district website in the Federal Programs section. If you would like to give feedback about the plan or have questions, please email CARESPlanFeedback@charlton.k12.ga.us or contact the board office at (912) 496-2596. Additionally, the ARP Budget will be discussed at the August 16, 2022 and September 20, 2022 school board meetings.
