Parents we had an issue with our system, so we are sending another report card home today. Since it is the final report card from first semester, you do not need to send it back to school.

With no school for staff Tuesday, we will have make up exams Wednesday. We will see all staff and students on Wednesday.

Anyone that needs to make up a final exam on Tuesday please come to CCHS by 10:00 AM. Teachers are leaving at 11:00 AM due to weather concerns.

CB Insurance will be available to purchase for the Spring semester. This is for students who have not already purchased CB insurance this school year. The cost is $20 (cash and checks only). This will protect the student's device for the remainder of the school year. Sales will be be open January 10-11 and 16-19. Please see Ms. Richard, in the media center, to purchase.

Students: if you are taking an online college class, please log into your Blackboard account today as those classes begin today. College classes on our campus will begin Wednesday.

I know everyone has had an excellent holiday. Please sign in at the office by 7:45 and sign in for the Kagan training by 8:00. Please read the email sent by Mrs. M. Bell as soon as you can.

A special thank you to Paul Clark Ford for coming to CCHS. They gave oil changes to all staff at CCHS for Christmas. This was very convenient because they did it while the staff was working. They would throw in a tire rotation as well. CCHS alumni Jamie Clark has always been a huge supporter of Charlton County Schools. Thank you Paul Clark Ford and their staff.

Congratulations to the 2023-2024 CCHS STAR Student and STAR Teacher. The STAR student is Alex Ratliff. Alex picked Mr. Curtis Hersey as his STAR Teacher. Mr. Hersey has been the STAR Teacher several time in the past.
The senior must score highest on any single test date on the SAT and be in the top 10% of the senior class at the end of their junior year to be named STAR Student. Thanks to PAGE for sponsoring the STAR Program in Georgia.

Don't forget our Christmas dinner on Monday, December 4th. Newell Lodge will be serving appetizers at 5:15 in the evening. Our meal that we previously selected will come out at 6 p.m .
