CCHS was recently awarded a drone through the Navy SSP STEM Outreach Effort. Our Timber Harvesting class was able to utilize the new drone, last week, by using it to survey/assess a piece of land. We would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Rob Birke, who is our Navy SSP STEM rep. He helped guide us through the application process.

FCCLA News: Last week at CCHS, Nijah Abdullah, Laura Daly, Darian Dinkins, and Marissa Green participated in round one of the FCCLA Knowledge Bowl. The top 16 schools in the state, including our CCHS team placing 13th, will advance to round two tomorrow night. Please help us in congratulating these students on a job well done and wishing them luck during round two of this virtual competition!

CLINCH COUNTY FOOTBALL GAME - TICKET INFORMATION CORRECTION: Clinch County sent only 600 tickets, for the October 9th football game, in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Tickets are first come first serve. Purchase tickets ($8) at CCHS:
Monday (10/5) - Friday (10/9) 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Clinch County will NOT be selling tickets at the gate for the October 9th football game. They will send CCHS 1,000 tickets for presale only. You may purchase a ticket Monday (10/5) through Friday (10/9) at CCHS from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. All tickets are $8. If you do not purchase a ticket in advance you will not be able to get into the game.
